CONTENTS
On September 18, 2023, PolyPid Ltd. (the “Company”) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”).
The Meeting was called for the following purpose:
| Proposal No. 1 | To approve a reverse split of the Company’s issued and outstanding ordinary shares at a ratio of between 1:10 and 1:30, to be effected, if effected, at the discretion of, and at such date to be determined by the board of directors, within 12 months of the Meeting. |
At the Meeting, a quorum was present and the shareholders of the Company approved Proposal No. 1.
